LOUVELLE CONCIERGE MANAGED SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in our Concierge Program and lending your luxury apparel, you agree to the following terms:

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of every item at all times; Louvelle serves solely as custodian and facilitator.

  • Revenue Share: You will receive 60% of all rental list price earnings, remitted monthly.

  • Storage & Management: All pieces submitted through Louvelle Concierge are managed with the highest standard of care. Items are stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility and handled only by trained personnel.

  • Loan Period: The 90‑day minimum loan term begins once your items go live in the Louvelle app. This term auto‑extends until we receive your recall request.

  • Item Recall: You may request your item(s) be returned at any time. Please allow at least 60 days to honor outstanding rentals.

  • Authenticity: You confirm each item is 100% authentic and accurately labeled by brand/designer.

  • Temporarily Borrowing Your Items: If you wish to continue to concierge your items at our secure warehouse, but need to temporarily borrow the items, you may request your own item, only paying the cost of shipping, which we will deduct from your next rental. 

  • Tagging: If original tags are missing, you authorize Louvelle to affix a temporary tag for cataloging.

  • Insurance: All items are insured. In the event of damage, theft, or loss, compensation is based on Fair Market Value as determined by our insurer.

  • Transit Liability: Louvelle coordinates delivery of your items. While in transit, Louvelle is not liable for loss or damage during transit; in such cases we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.

  • Upon Arrival: Each item will be carefully inspected upon arrival for authenticity, condition, and overall suitability for the Louvelle collection. Items that do not meet our standards may be returned to you at Louvelle’s discretion. If an item requires professional cleaning or restoration, Louvelle will arrange this service through our preferred partners. 

    • A fee of $25–$75 (depending on the material and extent of care required) may be deducted from the rental proceeds or charged separately.

    • You will be notified in advance if additional restoration or specialty cleaning is required beyond this range.

  • Marketing Use Authorization: The owner acknowledges that Louvelle may photograph, record, display, and otherwise use any items submitted through the Concierge program for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes. This includes, without limitation, use on the Louvelle platform, website, social media channels, email marketing, paid advertising, press materials, and other promotional channels. No additional compensation shall be owed for such use. 

  • Upload Process:

    • Louvelle will prefill all listing details and flag any missing or unclear information.

    • Louvelle will inform the lender when the listings are preparing for upload and when the listings are complete.

    • If applicable, you agree to return requested details within 5 business days. 

    • Absent timely updates, Louvelle reserves the right to complete listings or remove items.

  • You authorize Louvelle to set the initial pricing for items.

    • Louvelle will determine an initial rental price based on factors such as item value, condition, demand, and occasion. I understand that I may adjust my pricing at any time directly in the app. Louvelle may adjust pricing at its discretion after 30 days to balance exposure with optimal return.
